P-BOL contains 30 mg chlorodehydromethyltestosterone in a 5 g gel sachet for oral administration. The anabolic / androgenic steroid, chlorodehydromethyltestosterone (known worldwide under the trade name, “Oral Turinabol”) belongs to the group of testosterone derivatives. The active substance was used for many years as the doping agent of choice in the former GDR. This must undoubtedly be one of the main reasons why “Oral Turinabol”, as the only preparation in the world to contain chlorodehydromethyltestosterone, was withdrawn from the market by manufacturer Jenapharm in 1994. Chlorodehydromethyltestosterone is closely related to methandrostenolone (“D-BOL”), the only difference being a 4-chloro change in chlorodehydromethyltestosterone, which gave this product its name. Following this change to the molecule, there is no aromatisation with chlorodehydromethyltestosterone at any dose and oestrogen-like side effects are consequently ruled out. Chlorodehydromethyltestosterone has a predominantly anabolic effect as a result of which fat-free muscle mass can be continuously built up. Therefore, specially formulated P-BOL can be taken when the aim is to continuously build up muscles without increasing fat and water levels at the same time. During a diet, chlorodehydromethyltestosterone can help to preserve muscle mass. The product, which is available in the form of tablets or capsules for oral administration, should not be taken for more than eight weeks due to the alpha-17-alkylation of the active substance, which is potentially harmful for the liver. P-BOL (chlorodehydromethyltestosterone 30 mg) gel for oral administration is a newcomer to the international stage. It contains the active substance, chlorodehydromethyltestosterone, at a dose of 30 mg per 5 g gel sachet. Chlorodehydromethyltestosterone is contained in a special carrier gel, which, on oral administration, releases the active substance directly onto the oral mucosa. Buccal (absorption through the cheek mucosa) or sublingual (absorption through the tongue mucosa) administration of the gel is recommended as this offers advantages that are not available with normal oral dosing, e.g. by swallowing a tablet or capsule. If the gel is held for at least one minute under the tongue (sublingual) or in the cheek (buccal), the chlorodehydromethyltestosterone it contains is mostly (> 50 %) released directly into the upper vena cava via the blood vessels in the oral mucosa, therefore leading to the right side of the heart. The first-pass effect in the liver, which partially deactivates the active substance and which is consequently exposed to a high load, is for the most part, avoided. The known side effects of a dysfunctional liver such as upper abdominal and digestive disorders, loss of appetite and fatigue as well as an increase in blood lipid values can be substantially reduced by P-BOL. Chlorodehydromethyltestosterone is not biochemically altered following sublingual or buccal administration and is fully available to the body after dosing. Another advantage of absorption through the oral mucosa is the accelerated uptake of the active substance in the blood. This is important in order to quickly build up effective chlorodehydromethyltestosterone levels in the blood. A consistently high active substance level can be maintained with two daily doses. This is not feasible with tablets due to variable solubility and partial deactivation of chlorodehydromethyltestosterone following first pass effect in the liver. The rapid onset of efficacy with P-BOL sharpens mental focus and physical performance increases after the first dose. The novel pharmaceutical form in small gel sachets offers a recent and extremely important advantage for distributors and end users alike. The gel sachets are small, flat and unobtrusive; not only can they be easily transported by end users but they are inconspicuous on receipt. Gone are the days when people received packets of rattling tablets. A gel sachet doesn’t take up much room, which is particularly beneficial during airport checks. Gel sachets are also a bonus for distributors. The sachets can be dispatched in air-cushioned envelopes and posted anonymously at any public post box. This also makes it easier to send the product abroad because customs checks are usually only carried out on small packets or packages.

Indications:

P-BOL gel is intended for buccal or sublingual absorption. One P-BOL gel sachet is adequate for one day. Half a gel sachet should be taken in the morning, before breakfast. Approximately half of an opened gel sachet should be pressed into the oral cavity and held under the tongue (sublingual) or in the cheek pouches (buccal) for at least one minute. The unabsorbed gel carrier can then be safely swallowed. The remaining gel should be used up within 12 hours. This will result in continuously high, uniform levels of the active substance, chlorodehydromethyltestosterone, in the blood. P-BOL gel can be used for up to twelve weeks due to the lighter load on the liver compared to the tablet or capsule form. The product can be combined with other gel products.
